We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to become an integral part of our Global People Team. This position plays a key role in contributing to the company’s talent strategy, with a focus on Talent Acquisition practices, candidates and managers’ experience, driving data and reports to reflect and improve recruitment processes, reporting to the Chief People Officer. Responsibility includes managing a team of professionals’ talent Acquisition
Key responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition strategy: KPI, measurement and data, Develop and implement comprehensive strategies and policies. This includes TA budget management, evaluating hiring needs, forecasting future requirements and plans to support the business needs
- Candidates and managers’ experience: Brand awareness, ensure candidates have a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey, internal promotion programs, reflecting the company’s values and culture in parallel ensure the hiring managers get add value though the process is efficient and smoot
- Data, Analytics and reports: What are the numbers telling us,how can we improve ourselves and be more efficient and agile. Converging the numbers to insights and plans
- Training and upskilling the global talent acquisition team, leading and driving team of TA professionals
- Participate in global people leadership team and contribute to company people strategy shaping and implementation.
- Recruitment System tools: Manage and optimize the performance of our recruitment System and other sourcing and recruitment tools
Job Requirements
- A minimum 10+ years’ work experience in global technology organizations
- Proven track record in leading talent acquisition teams
- Strong partner and collaboration with business leaders and people functions: HRBP, C&B, HRIS, People Admin
- Data driven and experienced in leveraging data to improve recruitment journey and value
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and employer branding
- Can-do approach and positive, happy energies
- Academic degree, preferably in psychology, organizational sociology or human relations. MBA an advantage
