What will you do?

Providing leadership and guidance on international recruiting efforts
Develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with hiring managers, VPs, and Directors to provide strategic partnership and excellent service.
Build and oversee relationships with professional organizations and universities to ensure strategic pipelines for diverse candidates.
Monitor recruiting metrics against established efficiency standards and turnaround tables.
Maintain workflow and assignment of workload to recruiters.
Full responsibility for translation of recruiting initiatives into actionable strategies and plans for prepositioning, proposals, and projects.
Supervising, mentoring, and training recruitment staff to build the capacity of staffing specialists
Initiate activities that enhance employer brand and increase brand awareness.
Design and implement networking and sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of talent.
Provide hands-on recruiting for senior level positions and field positions in overseas locations according to talent acquisition best practice workflows.
Ensure effective decision making, particularly related to the human capital.
Bring best practice and external perspectives to strategic and operational business discussions.
Collaborate with HR global team members on design, development, and integration of hiring processes, practices, programs and initiatives.
Monitor Workforce planning and budget.

What will you need to succeed?

7+ years of hands-on talent acquisition, in the Tech industry
Global team management experience
Ability to serve as a strategic partner to all levels including senior management.
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
Solid understanding of policies, principles, practices and procedures of human resources administration associated with employment, compensation and classification in the United States and global locations.
Experience working with global teams in a multi-cultural environment, preferably in the high-tech industry.
Possess a solid understanding of the full Hiring cycle: Profiling, Positing, Sourcing, screening, onboarding
Experience in planning and implementing organizational changes and handling complex change management processes.
Experience in working effectively under pressure to drive multiple deliverables in short time margins; resilient and flexible.
Customer service orientation with excellent organizational skills, execution and follow through skills.
Strong influencing and coaching skills and proven success in establishing credibility with senior leaders, while handling complex situations
Execute with excellence and deliver outstanding results: high accountability, setting high standards, planning, “hands on”, sense of urgency, self-driven.
Adapts rapidly: anticipate changes, positive attitude and flexible mindset, resilient, high level of emotional maturity, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
Relevant academic background (master’s degree in HR related degree)
Familiarity with applicant tracking system – Ideally Oracle
Fluent or very high level in English
