• Exploring and analyzing large databases based on business requirements in the insurance sector to create business value.
• Producing business insights and KPIs through analytical analyses.
• Working with SQL (Oracle), Excel, and BI tools.
• Collaborating with business and technological units.

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• 4-5 years of experience working with SQL, including complex queries on large databases.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions and present analytical outcomes.
• Experience working in an insurance company or agency as an analyst – an advantage.
• Experience working in large organizations – an advantage.
• Experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau) – an advantage.
