We Are Seeking Junior Content Editors/Content Managers with No Experience!

Location: Jerusalem

Job Description

• Content editors for mapping and collecting information from government bodies, catalog sorting, absorption improvement, and adapting information for archival systems.
• Content editors for collecting, preparing, training, and testing artificial intelligence system outputs for archival purposes.
• System developer for developing and adapting systems and applications for the State Archives, within existing work teams.
• Will perform the following actions, among others, in providing services to the Digital Technologies and Information Department and Government Department of the State Archives, under professional guidance and in accordance with archive guidelines:
• Maintaining ongoing communication with various government ministries to map and transfer information and documents to the State Archives
• Distributing information for deposits, data improvement, managing the information intake process in the State Archives' operational systems, data management, and handling incorrect files
• Analyzing requirements and preparing documents, summaries, videos, audio clips, images, and various information materials, and performing quality controls on outputs according to archive requirements
• Managing workflow in information systems, updating, monitoring, and reporting

Required Experience:

• No experience required
• Familiarity with technological systems and social networks
• Working with website content editing tools
