Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented Junior Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first level support to internal users, ensuring efficient operation of our computer systems, and resolving technical issues. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in IT with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Troubleshooting network issues.
• Managing passwords

·        Handling VPN connections

·        Preparing new laptops and desktop computers

• Replacing computers and monitors
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
• Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
• Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of trouble tickets.
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role – at least 1 year.
• Great people skills and service oriented.
