Senior Program Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead an internal post-merger transition planning project for Plarium. This is a temporary position focusing on developing a structured internal transition plan to prepare Plarium teams for organizational changes and ensure a smooth shift to the new operating framework. The Program Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to align processes and priorities, explore potential synergies and foster readiness for the transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a structured post-merger internal transition roadmap, defining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables, in close collaboration with Plarium’s senior leadership team
• Manage the overall transition project, including organizing, supervising, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion
• Identify and quantify synergies across functions to leverage business capabilities and enhance operational efficiency
• Create and execute actionable plans to realize identified synergies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budget constraints
• Establish clear reporting and performance tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and success throughout the transition process
• Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure proactive decision-making
• Maintain transparency and foster alignment with the leadership team at all stages of the transition
• Serve as the central coordinator for all transition-related activities, ensuring seamless communication across Plarium teams

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills, with proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both executive leadership and operational teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify synergies and strategic opportunities in business processes, operations, and market positioning.
• Familiarity with gaming or tech industries is advantageous.
