What's Guardio?
Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family, and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime. We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.
Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 80 people) on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our Growth team. We already have well over a million registered customers and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.
So, what's the job?
We’re seeking a data-driven and innovative Programmatic User Acquisition Manager to join our UA team and take charge of programmatic media buying strategies. In this role, you’ll manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across DV and other programmatic platforms to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
What You'll Do:
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Manage large-scale programmatic campaigns across DSPs, optimize for ROAS, and refine targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation using data insights.
- Growth Exploration: Identify and explore new growth opportunities in programmatic advertising to expand reach and improve user acquisition outcomes.
- Performance Testing: Conduct A/B tests on creatives, headlines, and placements to improve CVR and identify winning combinations.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Design, BI, and Copywriting teams to align ad assets with audience preferences and provide data-driven feedback for high-converting content.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and recommend new strategies for improvement.

- Experience: 2+ years in programmatic media buying, with expertise in platforms like DV360, and other DSPs.
- Analytical Skills: Highly data-driven and comfortable working with large datasets to inform decisions and strategies.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to brainstorm, experiment, and iterate on creative performance video and ad assets.
- Innovation: A proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and challenging current efforts to improve results.
- Team Collaboration: A strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and works well independently or as part of a team.
- Technical Savvy: Fully up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and technologies in programmatic advertising.
