Frontend Developer

Balance is seeking a talented and experienced Frontend software engineer to join our fast-paced start-up company. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the user interface of our innovative web applications. You will work closely with our product team and collaborate with other developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all aspects of product development, from ideation through architecture to implementation, testing and continuous deployment
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to gather requirements and translate them into functional user interfaces
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them with high attention to detail
• Work with the team to solve problems and overcome obstacles that are unique to early stage startups
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field- Advantage
• Previous experience as a UI/UX designer- Advantage
• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with at least 3-5 years of experience in developing web applications
• Experience with React (Typescript is an advantage)
• Experience with technologies and tools such as Webpack, npm \ yarn, Vite, Babel, etc.
• Experience working in CI/CD workflows, Agile methodologies
• Knowledge in test automation tools and libraries (Jest \ Puppeteer \ Playwright \ Cypress \ etc.)
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in translating design concepts into functional user interfaces
• Strong understanding of design systems and component-based development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
