We are looking for a Customer Account Manager – AutoCAD Technician/Drafter

We are a dynamic SaaS company specializing in visual space management solutions, providing innovative tools to a wide range of clients. We are looking to hire a skilled and energetic AutoCAD Technician or Drafter to join our team as a Customer Account Manager, overseeing the ongoing support and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, providing high-level customer service and support.
• Conduct training sessions to guide clients in effectively using our space management solutions.
• Offer ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for clients.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and solutions to client queries.

As a full-time, on-site CSM, you will serve as a primary contact for our customers. You will be responsible for the successful adoption of our software solutions, driving customer satisfaction, customer retention in Israel and abroad, training etc.

The position may be suitable for ex-space planners, industrial engineers

Qualifications

• Certified AutoCAD Technician or Drafter.
• Strong technical expertise in AutoCAD, with experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to client support.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and provide high-quality service.
• A motivated and energetic professional, dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals.
• Ability to work on-site in Petah Tikva
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
