We're seeking an outstanding and passionate Software Engineering Manager to join our growing R&D team.

What you'll do:

• Manage a product engineering team delivering customer value at scale
• Lead and mentor a team of talented and experienced engineers
• Own a material part of the Finalop's system - its vision, delivery, and business impact
• Be a key player in the product engineering leadership, shaping our culture and standards as we grow rapidly
• Liaise with product managers, designers, and peer development teams to deliver high-quality capabilities to our customers
• Experiment with and explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to deliver state-of-the-art technology solutions to the market
  
  

• 5+ years of development experience leading significant software delivery at scale
• Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in backend technologies and architecture
• 2+ years experience in building and growing an R&D team
• Hands-on experience with SaaS architecture and distributed systems
• Ability to carry requirements from the early phase to full implementation
• Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to make a difference
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
