ERP & IT Solutions Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ERP & IT Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing both short- and long-term IT system growth strategies. You will play a key role in building and streamlining new and existing IT infrastructure, as well as integrating IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all IT systems and infrastructure within the company and manage external vendors.
• Continuously improve the security of applications and information systems.
• Develop, plan, and implement IT systems, policies, and procedures, primarily in ERP.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Oversee IT equipment, stock, and purchasing.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and developments.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide IT-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in IT Operations.
• Experience with Priority ERP – a must (especially in the SC, Finance, and Manufacturing modules).
• Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
