Polytex Technologies is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Junior Business Applications Specialist to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with Priority ERP, a passion for AI and automations, and want to play a key role in supporting and optimizing global business systems—this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Systems Administration & User Support: Ongoing administration and support of business systems, including user management, permissions, configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day requests.
• ERP & Business Process Implementation: Support Priority ERP implementation and optimization, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, documentation, and user support.
• AI Implementation, Automation & System Integrations: Support, initiate, and execute AI implementation projects within company departments. Build, maintain, and monitor automations and integrations between business systems, working with APIs, automation platforms, and external developers when needed.
• Salesforce Administration & Sales Processes: Maintain and improve Salesforce processes across Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Assets, reporting, and other sales-related workflows.
• Marketing Automation, Data & Reporting: Maintain data quality, reports, dashboards, and system documentation.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Up to 3 years of experience with business systems, ERP implementation, or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP, including implementation, configuration, and business processes.
• Basic experience and knowledge working with and implementing AI tools.
• Fluent English and Hebrew.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Independent, organized, and service-oriented.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a global organization, relevant degree, or professional certification.
• Experience with Salesforce, n8n/automation tools, APIs & integrations, or marketing automation platforms.
• Experience working with international teams and translating business requirements into system solutions.
