Priority ERP & Procurement Systems Specialist

discovery to serve 60M+ users.

We're looking for a hands-on Priority ERP & Procurement Systems Specialist to own, maintain, and improve the systems

behind our procurement, purchasing, and accounts payable processes — a newly created, high-visibility role reporting to the

VP of IT, working closely with Finance, Procurement, and SOX.

Ideal candidate: hands-on experience with Priority ERP, interested in expanding ownership to our procurement

platform, Zip.

What You'll Own

• Priority ERP: primary application owner — configuration, support, workflows, reports, integrations, user/role

management, upgrades, and vendor management.

• Zip Procurement Platform: end-to-end administration — users, approval workflows, signatory rights, onboarding new

entities, day-to-day support.

• Integrations & Automation: own the Zip↔Priority integration, resolve data/interface issues, and drive AI & automation

adoption across procurement and finance.

• Analytics: build reports, dashboards, and metrics on approvals, open POs, and data quality to support decisions.

• SOX & Controls: support the control environment, access reviews, reconciliations, and audit evidence alongside the SOX

Director and Controller.

What You Bring

• Hands-on Priority ERP experience (administration, implementation, support, or development) — required.

• Strong grasp of configuration, permissions, workflows, reports, and integrations; independent troubleshooting.

• Experience translating finance/procurement needs into system solutions, and working with APIs/integrations.

• Strong service orientation, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.

• Fluent Hebrew and very good English.

Nice to Have

• Zip or another source-to-pay platform; purchasing/AP/vendor management experience.

• SOX or public-company (SEC/NASDAQ) controls exposure.

• SQL, APIs, BI dashboards, or experience managing external ERP consultants.

• Experience introducing AI/automation into finance or business processes.
