Reporting to HR Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning and talent management.
• Provide guidance on organizational structure and drive growth through strategic HR initiatives.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees and foster long-term success.
• Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Advise and support managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development, in collaboration with leadership.
• Coach managers on providing constructive feedback and facilitating development conversations to enhance team performance.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR preferred
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager
• Solid understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with key stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and deliver results
• Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
