Reporting directly to our Head of People and Organizational Operations, you’ll take ownership of key HR and recruitment activities, enabling the team to focus on strategic initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, excels in recruiting top talent, and enjoys making an impact across multiple areas of HR and office operations.

✨ What You’ll Do:

Your role will be diverse and impactful, with responsibilities including:

💡 Talent Acquisition (Full Cycle):

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining roles with managers to sourcing, screening, and onboarding exceptional candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and innovative recruiting strategies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring smooth coordination, timely feedback, and an exceptional experience for both candidates and managers.

💡 Employee Lifecycle Management:

• Deliver smooth and thoughtful onboarding experiences to set new hires up for success.
• Support performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Manage offboarding processes with empathy and ensure exit feedback is effectively captured and analyzed.

💡 HR Administration:

• Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate records of employee data and metrics.
• Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.

💡Culture & Employee Experience:

• Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
• Act as a cultural ambassador, organizing team-building events, social activities, and wellness initiatives to foster a strong sense of community.
• Support the Head of People in building our employer brand to attract the best in the market.

💡 Office Operations & Management:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workspace.
• Manage logistics and office needs to create a productive environment for the team.

💡 Strategic HR Projects:

• Collaborate with the Head of People on organizational development projects and strategic HR initiatives, such as creating career path frameworks, implementing new HR tools and processes, etc.
• Conduct market research on talent trends to stay ahead in a competitive hiring landscape.
• Bring your perspective and energy to initiatives that strengthen our team and culture.

🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, preferably in a startup environment or High-tech company.
• Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment processes in competitive markets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: you enjoy working with people and building strong relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Hebrew.
• A passion for creating a positive and supportive experience for candidates and employees alike.
• A self-learner who’s proactive, creative, and thrives in a team environment.
• A hands-on attitude and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
