Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyse, and interpret data in a business environment.
• Perform root cause analysis for potential issues with KPIs, business trends, or other technical problems.
• Pull & analyse large and growing volumes of data to find actionable insights to drive ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with the Product team on new feature releases and conduct A/B testing to measure and optimize performance.
• Partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, engineering) to deliver organizational value and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards for upper management to measure performance and guide decision-making.
• Balance and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• BA/BSc in industrial engineering, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of analytical work experience, preferably in a web-based company.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience in data extraction and analysis.
• Experience working with Tableau or other reporting tools.
• Working experience in Python is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
