Business Analyst

COMBLACK is hiring a Business Process Analyst for a leading financial institution in the Shfela region!

Responsible for end-to-end analysis and characterization of business and regulatory processes, collaborating with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and systems specification
• Proven experience writing functional specification documents (FRD / FSD)
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and regulatory bodies
• Academic degree – Mandatory
• Experience within financial or regulatory domains – Significant advantage
