Customer Success Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for our business partners, as well as maintaining ongoing communication and providing support to ensure their success
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Process Management
- Lead the onboarding process for new business partners, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments, including the compliance team, to verify details and ensure all necessary information is provided.
Technical Proficiency
- Demonstrate proficiency in relevant technologies to facilitate aspects of the onboarding process, such as payment verification and data ent
- ry.Collaborate with the IT department to address any technical issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process.
Ongoing Communication and Support
- Maintain regular communication with our American business partners post-onboarding, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure our partners are maximizing the benefits of their collaboration with us.
Newsletter Creation
- Develop and distribute a regular newsletter to our business partners, highlighting the benefits and opportunities available to them.
- Curate content for the newsletter, including influential catalogs, B2B catalogs, and reports on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Native English language proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Affinity to marketing and promotions.
Back-Office Data Entry
Background About the Position
In recent years, we have developed the Vegan-Friendly app, an all-encompassing platform for embracing the vegan lifestyle, featuring restaurant listings, product recommendations, articles, recipes, and more.
Currently, the app functions as an online directory of vegan restaurants, similar to Google Maps/Yelp for vegan dining. Its primary value lies in providing users with a trustworthy list of vegan-friendly restaurants that meet our specific criteria.
At its essence, our goal is to ensure:
- Sufficient coverage of restaurants across multiple states to attract a substantial user base (Quantity)
- Dependable restaurant data to instill user confidence in the accuracy of the app's information (Quality)
Info About the Position
We are seeking individuals for a back-office role responsible for updating and adding data for US-based restaurants to our database.
Training will be provided to familiarize you with our operational procedures.
Your task will involve gathering reliable data (utilizing publicly accessible online sources such as Google, restaurant websites, and social media pages) and updating this information on our platforms.
- Position requirements:
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a computer.
- Native English language proficiency.
- Intermediate Excel skills are necessary.
- Familiarity with software such as Monday.com and Google Suite is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a task list and ensure all assignments are completed promptly.
