Operations and Human Resource Manager

Job opening: Operations and Human Resources Manager for the Israeli National Center of Blue Economy and Innovation

Job Description:

·       Managing ongoing operations with startup companies of the National Center

·       Supporting the National Center's marketing activities (Social media, Newsletter, and preparing ongoing professional materials for the National Center's website)

·       Initiating and leading National Center events (conferences, webinars, hackathons, and investor events)

·       Assisting the Chief Executive with daily tasks

·       Handling human resources matters

Mandatory Cumulative Requirements:

·       Holds a first academic degree from a higher education institution in Israel or an international institution recognized by the Degree Evaluation Department of the Israeli Ministry of Education

·       At least one year of experience in a role involving ongoing work with startups or investors

Additional Advantageous Requirements:

·       Academic or professional background in maritime-related fields

·       Native-level English proficiency

·       High-level Hebrew proficiency

Employment Terms:

·       Type of Position: full-time

·       Managerial Reporting Line: Reports to the Chief Executive of the National Center of Blue Economy and Innovation

·       Personal contract: salary will be determined in accordance with the Ministry of the Interior's guidelines.
