Hardware Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer for developing advanced systems based on image processing, video interfaces, and advanced communication technologies.

Responsibilities include:

Leading the electronics concept during the early stages of system design.

Hands-on leadership of models to demonstrate technological concepts.

Coordinating and building the company’s electronics development and integration roadmap for the coming years.

This role requires both a deep understanding of details and a comprehensive, system-wide perspective to consider all factors in a TP system.

Significant influence on the design of the company’s current and future products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.

Master's degree in Electronics/Electro-optics/System Engineering – an advantage.

Extensive experience in hardware development, particularly in Board Design and FPGA – mandatory.

Experience in matrix management – an advantage.

In-depth understanding of structured development methodologies and the hardware development process from definition to testing and serial production.

Attention to detail combined with a holistic, system-wide perspective.

Experience in developing electro-optical payloads, thermal imaging, and control systems – an advantage.

System-wide vision and the ability to independently lead tasks.

Experience with AI tools – an advantage
