About the Position

We seek a qualified individual to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. You will be vital in addressing our customers' business technology needs in this role. By providing technical, product, and business expertise, you will offer valuable support to our customers, further strengthening their relationships with Added. 

Responsibilities

• Offer technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience with our products.
• Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for customers, empowering them to make the most effective use of our solutions.
• Monitor and report product performance, providing valuable insights to internal teams and customers.
• Analyze customer accounts and provide guidance to help them optimize revenues and achieve their business goals.

Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of proven work experience as an Operation Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst, or in Customer Success within the programmatic AdTech space.
• Background working with 3rd-party ad servers, DSPs, and SSPs.
• Familiarity and understanding of the AdTech industry and space – Publishers, Advertisers, and Networks. 
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with customers and internal teams.
• Exhibit a high level of proficiency in English 
• Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, allowing you to identify and address challenges proactively.
