Job Summary 

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in manual QA, specifically in SaaS and web application software. As a QA Engineer at Second Nature, you will be responsible for identifying bugs, testing product features, and ensuring the overall quality and reliability of our platform. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct manual testing of our web application to identify issues and ensure the product functions as intended. 
• Work closely with developers, product and customer success teams to understand requirements and design test cases. 
• Test features and functionalities across multiple browsers and devices to ensure consistent performance. 
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts. 
• Report and track bugs using our bug tracking system, ensuring all issues are resolved before release. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features. 
• Participate in regular meetings with the development team to provide feedback and ensure quality expectations are met. 
• Document testing processes and outcomes, creating detailed test reports for stakeholders. 

Qualifications 

• 2-3 years of experience in manual Quality Assurance, specifically in SaaS or web application software. 
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices. 
• Experience in writing clear and concise test cases and test scripts. 
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify issues early in the development cycle. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
