Brand R&D Designer

Job Description

Join our dynamic Brand R&D team at Wix and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of both Wix.com and Wix Studio. Bring your personal touch to our brands to craft a captivating design language and exceptional visual assets.

• Take ownership of exciting brand design projects, managing large-scale, high-exposure, top-priority initiatives
• Develop and enhance Wix brand style guides, including graphic language, imagery, illustration, colors, typography and more
• Lead the branding efforts for all new global product launches
• Collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders, including PMMs, writers, UX designers and creatives
• Set the tone and establish standards for other design teams within the marketing department
  
  

Qualifications:

• A passionate designer with 2+ years of experience in a professional design setting
• Exceptional branding skills and the ability to create compelling visual languages
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
• Curious, self-motivated, eager to learn and an innovative, conceptual thinker
• Able to dissect and understand a brand's DNA and its target audience
• Experience in motion design and/or 3D design – a significant advantage
