Role: HR Manager or Operations Manager

Duration: Perm / Full Time

Location: Kfar Saba, Israel (Hybrid Working / Fully Remote option available for suitable resource)

Reporting To: Head of Legal - EMEA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Manager to join our team in Israel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff leasing operations and ensuring effective communication with regulators and other business stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of HR practices within a global context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Leasing Management: Oversee and manage staff leasing operations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies. This includes applying and maintaining a staff leasing licence on behalf of the company.
• Regulatory Communication: Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory bodies, ensuring all HR practices comply with local and international regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively communicate with business stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• HR Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current and compliant with legal requirements.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a global or multinational company.
• Proven experience in managing staff leasing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labour laws and regulations.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with regulators and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
