What You’ll Be Doing

Sightfull is seeking a creative and data-driven digital marketing leader to take charge of our growth marketing efforts and drive pipeline acceleration. You’ll oversee integrated campaigns, paid advertising, SEO, content syndication, and other key initiatives, ensuring they align with our broader marketing strategy and deliver meaningful results.

In this high-impact, strategic role, you’ll work closely with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams, playing a critical role in shaping how we reach and engage our audiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex challenges, and is excited about creating an inclusive and impactful buyer journey.

Your Responsibilities

• Set Goals & Track Success: Define and own KPIs, monitor performance daily or weekly, and make adjustments to optimize results.
• Refine and Improve Strategies: Continuously evaluate marketing attribution models and enhance the effectiveness of demand-generation channels.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, and other departments to improve reach, efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
• Lead Campaign Strategy: Design and execute data-driven integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with strategic moments in the market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and leading growth marketing initiatives and teams in high-growth, innovative organizations.
• Experience building integrated campaigns and ABM strategies to drive efficient pipe growth.
• The ideal candidate has seen scale, is able to work at a pace in a high-growth company, and has a blend of startup and enterprise experience.
• Hands-on experience building integrated campaigns, as well as with Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Display and other digital channels.
• Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity, confidence, and authority, as well as the ability to work with and present clearly to the executive team and deeply partner with sales leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans.
• Ability to solve problems by applying design thinking, hypothesis development, and testing frameworks.
• Able to prioritize projects effectively, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Create a culture of transparency and communication throughout the organization.
• Proactively address challenges in the internal and external environment.
• Exhibit fiscal responsibility by managing operations within budget guidelines.
