About the Role:
As an Organizational development consultant and facilitator, you will guide transformational processes. You will lead impactful development programs, both in-person and virtually, and support clients as they adapt to dynamic environments to create meaningful, engaging experiences. This role requires travel approximately every 1-2 months for about a week.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in facilitation, training, consulting, or in organizational development
• Native-level proficiency in English and Hebrew
• Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to quickly build trust, make positive first impressions, and connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Cultural sensitivity: the ability to adapt your approach to different cultural contexts
• Flexibility and willingness to travel locally and internationally on a monthly basis
• Bachelors & Masters (advantage) in a relevant field (Organizational psychology, organizational development, MBA, facilitation training, coaching training)
• Experience working in or with the tech industry (advantage)
