Role Description

- Responsibility for hiring employees (members and employees) according to the law and implementing required updates as needed.
- A professional address for the branch managers for hiring, developing feedback and evaluation and labor law.
- Building a program for the development of managers, cultivating a management reserve and local leadership.
- Responsibility for an annual and multi-year work plan for the Israel Defense Forces.
- Responsibility for budget planning for the activity of the NRA and monitoring of execution.
- Placement of personnel for branches, corporations and secretaries.
- Recommending salary levels according to market data and salary surveys in the collective sector.
- Issuing tenders, employment contracts, and carrying out dismissal processes.
- Monitoring and managing appointments and turnover of office bearers, managers and public representatives.
- In the managements/committees.
- Assistance to members in job search and professional development.

Qualifications

- Academic or equivalent education in social sciences, human resources - mandatory
- Experience in managing collective human resources - a significant advantage
- Ability to lead organizational and community processes.
- Ability to work in multitasking and under time pressure.
- Knowledge and understanding in organizational fields and learning ability.
- Proven experience in dealing with people - Ability to dialogue with people.
- High expressiveness.
- Honesty and public credibility.
