Netafim seeks a temporary Global Organizational Development (OD) Leader to drive critical OD initiatives during a six-month maternity leave period. This role will focus on managing ongoing processes, supporting active development projects, and implementing essential elements of the 2025 Organizational Development (OD) plan. The successful candidate will enable team success and foster leadership growth while collaborating closely with global HR teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the 2025 Organizational Development Plan
- Actively implement priorities for 2025 OD plan, such as leadership training, change management tools, and culture-building initiatives.
- Engage with global stakeholders to integrate and promote organizational culture objectives in day-to-day activities.
- Drive leadership development initiatives by facilitating training sessions, coaching, and providing tools for effective hybrid and remote management.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams and business leaders worldwide to support alignment with OD initiatives and ensure local adaptability.
- Remain flexible to address ad hoc projects that may emerge, ensuring responsiveness to field needs.
2. Monitor and Maintain Cross-Functional Development Processes
- Ensure smooth execution of current global development program.
- Alignment with HR Partners in Netafim and Orbia.
- Track on going performance of OD processes.
3. Project Management of Active Development Programs
- Oversee ongoing OD and leadership development projects, including virtual leadership programs, and ensure alignment with global objectives.
- Coordinate with business units to provide project updates, address challenges, and support HR partners in the field with program implementation.
4. Vendor and Budget Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors providing OD consulting and training services, ensuring optimal allocation of resources within the existing budget.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Organizational Development, Psychology, HR) – required.
- Minimum of 3 years of OD experience within a global organization – required.
- Proven experience in project management and in managing cross-functional development programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple interfaces in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
