Software Engineering Team Leader

As a team leader, you will manage new features' design, implementation, and delivery processes and build core components with performance in mind. This role is ideal for a highly skilled team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about people, technology, and reliable infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

• Leading the team in their day-to-day work, guiding the team's work to success
• Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their personal and professional growth
• Continuously work to improve the working processes and agility of the team
• Oversee and manage the implementation and delivery of new features and enhancements according to the product team’s requirements.
• Oversee and manage the continuous improvement and evolution of the product’s infrastructure.
• Possess an agile mindset and have proven experience with Scrum methodologies.
• Participate in high-level design discussions.

You’ll do it using:

• 3+ years of proven experience leading a team of developers and being able to motivate and guide them towards achieving project goals.
• Strong proficiency in Java- working on performance and scale in Java applications with cloud services.
• Experience managing full-stack teams is a strong advantage
• Experience with both monolithic and micro-service-based systems - an advantage
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes - an advantage.
