We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for cold calling potential SMB clients, building rapport, and setting up qualified meetings. This role also involves sending personalized follow-up video messages to prospects to drive engagement.
As an SDR at Northern Node, you'll play a critical role in generating interest and building trust with prospective clients by confidently articulating the value of our unique services and platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients using Apollo and Trellus Dialer.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain a conversational flow during calls.
- Send personalized follow-up video messages to prospects after initial calls.
- Utilize LinkedIn for outreach and follow-ups as needed.
- Track all activity and notes in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Native-level or equivalent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong confidence in tone, ability to manage call mechanics, and objection handling at a conversational level.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome but must demonstrate exceptional ability to manage calls effectively.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Apollo, Trellus Dialer, and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Some general knowledge of software and IT at a high level.
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Get it done attitude.

- Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE): Potential to earn between ₪15,000 - ₪20,000 per month based on performance.
