The role involves managing a small team of 3 employees with 100% hands-on development, focusing on client-side technologies using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Requirements:

• 6 years of development experience.
• 2 years of experience leading a development team.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technological field.
