Talent Acquisition (70% position)

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. Your primary role will be identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across various disciplines to support the continued growth and success of our dynamic organization.

Part-time role (70% Position), working 4 days a week:

• Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday – On-site (Herzliya)
• Monday – Hybrid

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Part-time role (70% Position), requiring flexible availability to meet recruitment demands.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication.
• Partner with HR to ensure seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine and improve processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with a focus on delivering results.
