You have a rare opportunity to be our first SDR that will build our SDR empire, implement various tools, systems and be an integral part of the decisions. We are working in the most innovative field today and you have the opportunity to shape our business, growth and make a real impact!
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, qualify, and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales activities targeting enterprise-level clients in need of advanced cybersecurity solutions.
- Engage potential prospective clients with insights on cybersecurity threats related to AI systems, helping them understand the value of Lasso Security's offerings.
- Implement, organize and maintain an active pipeline in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and thorough qualification of prospects.
- Manage lead transitions and follow-up activities to ensure positive outcomes for clients and the sales team
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goalsץ
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, improve lead conversion rates, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Conduct weekly reviews of lead development, new additions, and field sales intelligence; maintain records and generate reports on all activity phases
- Stay informed about new products, services, and other customer-relevant information through successful completion of sales training and self-study
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Inbound & Outbound B2B SaaS sales or lead generation within the Cyber/AI or Networking/Security vertical fields - A Must!
- Background with global markets ( US \ EMEA) - A must!.
- Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and the ability to identify and overcome sales objections.
- Experience with using and implementing sales acceleration tools such as: Hubspot, and Salesforce & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Comfortable discussing cybersecurity and AI technology with technical buyers, with the ability to answer initial questions and coordinate with the technical team for deeper inquiries.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with additional languages considered an advantage.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment.
- Self-starter attitude with a strong desire to develop within a high-growth environment.
