Creative Marketing Designer

Description

As a Creative Marketing Designer at Nexar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity and driving engagement through innovative and impactful design. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to develop and execute design strategies that resonate with our target audience. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles and marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Brand Identity: Lead the creation and maintenance of Nexar's visual brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand guidelines.
• Marketing Materials: Design and produce high-quality marketing assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, presentations, and more.
• B2B Collaboration: Work closely with the B2B team to scale Nexar’s business, supporting marketing materials, creative concepts, and strategic ideas tailored to enterprise audiences.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging visuals for content marketing initiatives, such as ads videos, and blog posts.
• Motion Design: Create motion graphics and animations and edit existing footage, to elevate Nexar’s storytelling and brand presence across digital platforms.
• Web Design: Collaborate on UX/UI projects, ensuring holistic, user-friendly interfaces that align with Nexar’s visual identity and enhance the user journey.
• Generative AI: Leverage generative AI platforms for creatives to streamline workflows and innovate design processes.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to ensure Nexar’s materials remain fresh and relevant.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and objectives.
  
  

Requirements

Technical skills & qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in creative design within the technology or growth industries, with both B2C and B2B expertise.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. *Applications must include a portfolio*.
• Design Expertise: Advanced skills in motion design, motion graphics, graphic design, and web design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and video editing software.
• Generative AI: Experience with generative AI tools for creatives to drive innovation and efficiency in design workflows.
• Creative Vision: Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
