Career Team Ops Coordinator

Elevation is looking for a Career Team Ops Coordinator to support the Career Team in their mission to lead our students and alumni transition into their next career. Your role as a Career Team Ops Coordinator will be to take an active part in admission processes, source for the best-fit positions, and take a vital part in keeping in touch with graduates and alumni as part of Elevation's Career Team. 

This role is very rewarding as you will be taking a crucial part in leading change in people’s lives by acquiring new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Take an active part in admission processes, including conducting phone calls and emails, collecting data, and being part of the screening processes.
• Sourcing open positions using social media and various platforms, in order to assist our alums in finding their next employment opportunity.
• Proactively expand recruitment sources, including attending job fairs, leveraging job boards and social media platforms, and continually searching for new and innovative recruitment approaches.
• Maintain close interaction with our graduates and alumni, and support them through the recruitment process, while ensuring they have a positive experience.

Requirements:

• A people person who loves engaging with new people and collaborating with them.
• A data-driven individual with effective prioritization skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• A Resourceful person who is not afraid to take initiative and ownership of everything they do while being independent.
•  A can-do mindset and a hands-on approach. 
• Background as a Talent Acquisition in the tech industry or as part of a recruitment agency - An advantage.
• A Fast learner, Flexible, and service-oriented with the ability to rethink and optimize work processes. 
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English and Hebrew, Arabic - An advantage.
