Talent Acquisition Specialist - JB-3035

A leading tech company is looking for highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist Team Lead to join our dynamic and innovative team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for various roles in the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hiring process end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, accompanying candidates and interviewing.

• Creating candidates’ pipeline: sourcing, working with 3rd party and social media to ensure candidates’ pipeline.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and needs.

• Focus on providing a great candidate experience.

• Managing recruitment projects, such as Linkedin parties, student fairs and referral program.

Requirements:

• At least 6-7 years of experience with technical recruitment.

• Recruitment experience for various Hardware positions - a must.

• At least 2-3 years of recruiting in-house in a tech company.

• Strong sourcing knowledge and experience.

• Creative, friendly, and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive with a can-do approach.

• Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.

• Global positions background- an advantage.
