Frontend Developer

A medical startup that leverages AI algorithms to assist doctors in making data-driven decisions. Their AI and deep learning-based system enables medical teams to make rapid assessments and analyze injury severity—even in the field (e.g., combat situations)—through a device that provides immediate analysis without waiting for results.

The SaaS platform is cloud-based, user-friendly, and their AI models have been trained on over 300,000 studies.

Located in central Israel, the company operates on a hybrid model (two work-from-home days) and has a team of 20 employees. They raised $13 million in a Seed round and have paying clients, including Sheba Medical Center and other hospitals in Israel and the United States.

Role Overview:

• As part of the development department, which is divided into Backend and Frontend teams, this position is 100% focused on frontend development.
• Responsibilities include developing a cloud-based SaaS system using React, working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and Linux, and reporting to the R&D Manager.
• The role involves working in an environment that utilizes computer vision and deep learning algorithms.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Frontend development – mandatory (Full-Stack with a Frontend emphasis is acceptable).
• 3 years of experience with React – mandatory.
• Experience with cloud platforms – mandatory (preferably AWS or GCP).
• Experience with Linux – an advantage.
• Experience with Docker – an advantage.
• Experience with Python or Node.js – an advantage.
