App Acquisition Operations Manager

As the Mobile App Acquisition Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding the operational execution and strategic direction of our partner's user acquisition campaigns.

You'll be the driving force behind boosting mobile app user acquisition and retention for our valued clients. Your role will require strong analytical skills to optimize and analyze campaign performance and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.

Your primary focus will be to efficiently manage our partner's app user acquisition budget, optimize operational processes, and ensure the flawless technical integration of our advertising campaigns. This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital advertising efforts, driving growth, and maximizing user engagement across our suite of applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and operational execution of app acquisition strategies to meet and exceed our objectives.
• Manage and oversee the user acquisition budget, ensuring optimal allocation and expenditure for maximum return on investment.
• Foster robust relationships with external partners and vendors, negotiating and securing the purchase of user sources under favorable terms.
• Ensure the technical campaign setups, including integrations with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and other platforms, to guarantee precise tracking and attribution.
• Collaborate closely with analytics teams to monitor campaign performance, leveraging data to refine and optimize user acquisition tactics.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, aligning user acquisition operations with broader business goals and product development initiatives.
• Remain abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, applying this knowledge to enhance our operational practices and ad tech stack.

Who we are looking for:

• A seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital advertising operations, particularly within the mobile app sector.
• Vast relationship with direct app developers
• Comprehensive knowledge of MMPs, ad tracking, and digital advertising technologies, with a proven track record of managing successful technical integrations.
• Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A strategic thinker with a keen analytical mind, focused on operational efficiency and optimization of return on investment.

MUST requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in app promotion business/activity - MUST
• Experienced within the AdTech industry. - MUST
• Familiarity with MMP systems and tracking integration. - MUST
• Ability to speak and write in English Fluently.
• Experience in working with international customers
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented, to be able to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
• Existing network of relationships within the industry.
• Technical capabilities and understanding of product development
• Knowledge of additional languages (besides English and Hebrew) - Advantage
