Frontend Developer

A young start-up with a product designed to consolidate all security processes in organizations through an AI-driven search platform is looking for a Front-End Lead.

Founded in 2022, the company has 20 employees, recently completed a $6 million seed round, and is now raising Series A funding.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, with convenient access to public transportation, and operates a hybrid model with two office days and three remote workdays per week.

Responsibilities-

• The role involves leading the company’s Front-End domain, building the core platform, and providing professional guidance to the team.
• Lead the design and development of the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to translate business needs into intuitive, engaging user experiences
• Drive frontend technology decisions by selecting the right tools, frameworks, and best practices to ensure high-quality code and user-friendly interfaces
• Maintain and optimize the user interface for maximum speed and scalability across devices and platforms
• Ensure code quality through peer code reviews, unit testing, and maintaining high standards for design and functionality
• Stay updated on emerging trends in frontend development, implementing new techniques and frameworks to improve the product and development process.
• Mentor junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and ensuring best practices are followed within the team
• Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration with APIs and server-side logic

Requirements-

• 5 years' experience as a Frontend developer.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Strong Experience in working with modern UI frameworks
• Experience with CSS, including CSS preprocessors.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Skilled in building solid quality UX in collaboration with PM
• Experienced in building SaaS solutions - a good understanding of how modern backends and APIs operate
• Familiar with modern CI/CD development practices and tools
• Familiar with development in a cloud environment - AWS is preferred.
