Located in Tel Aviv, a 15-minute walk from the train station, the company operates with a hybrid model allowing two remote workdays per week. They have a 150-person R&D team.

Role Overview-

• Joining the company’s CORE team, responsible for managing a team of 8 (including Backend Developers, Mobile Developers, QA, and Automation).
• Reports to the Group Manager and includes 20% hands-on work.
• Tech stack includes AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Kotlin, Kafka, and Spring Boot.

Requirements-

• 3+ years as Team Lead, with strong leadership and technical skills across multiple disciplines
• Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Scala, Java, Kotlin) and mobile development technologies
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot, build tools, and mobile development processes
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
• Deep understanding of both backend and mobile architectures, with ability to bridge these domains
