Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Office Manager at Shutterfly in Haifa District, Israel. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage office equipment and supplies, support our employees, and handle office administration duties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
• Knowledge of Office Equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• English at a high level - mandatory
