We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting data science initiatives by conducting in-depth research for model development, performing continuous analyses to evaluate model performance, and delivering actionable insights that inform data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll work closely with the Data Science team and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure data insights align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Data Science team to conduct in-depth research, providing actionable recommendations that support the team's work and contribute to key decision-making processes in model development.
• Perform coding, data analysis, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, and Python.
• Analyze large datasets with a focus on optimizing query efficiency.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to handle and process large volumes of data efficiently.
• Work with cross-functional teams and senior management to translate the insights into clear, actionable business strategies.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools and programming languages to drive data insights and business solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across all analytics operations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with proven hands-on experience using visualization tools like Looker Studio or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a high-scale, high-performance environment.
• Excellent communication skills both commercially and technically.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management, translating complex analytics insights into business strategies.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and self-learning.
• Team player with a ‘yes we can’ attitude.
