Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Journey: Lead new and existing customers through a seamless experience from post-sale onboarding to continuous support.
• Onboarding & Training: Provide comprehensive education to clients, ensuring they gain maximum benefit from our products.
• Customer Support: Act as a liaison, fostering effective communication between customers and internal teams.
• Regional Growth: Drive initiatives to build brand awareness and grow our customer base in the region.
• Product & Marketing Collaboration: Engage proactively in product and marketing initiatives to enhance local relevance and effectiveness.
