**We're searching for a Customer Success to join our team (Maternity Leave Cover, with Potential for Permanent Position)**
Artbrain helps auction houses grow their business and build better customer relationships. We are a young startup located in Tel-Aviv, developing a personalization technology and working with auction houses from all over the world. We are transforming the art and collectibles market by creating a technology that matches collectors with the items they love, AKA a recommendation engine tailored for this amazing domain.
We are looking for a full-time position Customer Success to join our team. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust and ensure that they're realizing the full potential of our product. You will be in charge of building strong relationships with our customers to identify their needs in all aspects, provide excellent support to customers, and come up with creative solutions. You should also be highly organized and with the ability to solve problems independently. Ultimately, you will be working closely with all teams in the company and will help establish our relationship with our customers and reputation as a company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall relationships with assigned customers including onboarding new customers, and training and supporting existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.
- Encourage and guide customers to maximize their usage of our system, helping them fully leverage all features.
- Analyze and reorganize data as needed, delivering tailored reports to meet customers’ specific requests.
- Actively identify and implement improvements to CS processes, optimizing workflows.
- Proactively develop and suggest creative solutions and processes that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work together with the product team to deliver customer feedback and feature requests, and together with the sales team to increase retention.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem - solving skills.
- Experience working with Excel -Must.
- Comfortable navigating various software tools and systems (tech-savvy).
- Fluent English - written and spoken.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent presentation skills - clearly articulate and bring the message across in a professional concise manner.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Positive attitude and high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer success with demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction.
