Customer Success Manager

Location: Rehovot, Hybrid  

Job title: Customer Success Manager (CSM) 

Job Overview:   As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at PractiTest, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with and engaging our customers to ensure their successful onboarding and adoption of our platform. 

Your responsibilities will include building lasting relationships that promote customer retention and growth. You will ensure that customers achieve their goals by leveraging PractiTest's full potential, communicate product updates, gather and relay requirements to the product team, offer tailored solutions aligned with business objectives, and monitor customer satisfaction and overall health

Key Responsibilities:    

• Customer Relationship Management: Advocate for and engage with customers to build strong, long-term relationships.
• Account Onboarding and Training: Facilitate seamless onboarding processes and provide comprehensive training.
• Customer Retention and Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and expanding customer accounts.
• Problem-Solving and Escalation Management: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, managing escalations as needed.
• Reporting and Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications: 

• Experience: 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in a SaaS B2B company (experience in Testing/DevTools is a strong advantage).
• English: Native-level English fluency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
• Technical & Sales orientation 
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills 
• BA in marketing, business, or a related field 
• Familiarity with ChurnZero, Mixpanel, Intercom, and HubSpot - advantage
