What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the gaming industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in SQL is a must, and familiarity with Tableau is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze the day-to-day issues that our business faces.
• Measure and improve the performance of promotions and live-ops for each segment.
• Structure, report, and monitor data to drive insights and process improvements.
• Design and build reports and dashboards to monitor product performance, key business metrics, and player experience.
• Plan and analyze A/B tests to improve business KPIs.
• Conduct post-deployment performance analysis to ensure optimal functioning and continuous improvement of models.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend changes for improved model performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data/ML/product analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
• Self-motivated and independent.
