Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with affiliation to crypto space to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building relationships, and representing Lionsgate Network. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to conducting sales calls, engaging with prospective clients, and closing deals. You will be integral in the company’s sales strategy and represent the voice of the customer.
Responsibilities:
● Sales Calls & Outreach: Conduct a high volume of daily sales video chats and calls to prospective clients to pitch our services, answer inquiries, and close sales.
● Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
● Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and enhance Lionsgate Network’s reputation.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders to provide feedback and insights to help drive strategy.
● Reporting & Performance Tracking: Regularly track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
● Market Research: Stay updated on crypto market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to adapt sales tactics and stay ahead.
Requirements:
● Previous experience in a sales management role, preferably in tech.
● Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients over the phone and in person.
● Have a formal look that is screen-ready.
● Familiarity with cryptocurrency services, blockchain technology, and the crypto market landscape.
● Experience in CRM software for sales tracking and pipeline management.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
● Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability.
● Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
● High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
● Strong penchant for service excellence.
