Senior Legal Counsel

Reports to: VP, General Counsel

Job Description:

• Lead tender filing and analyze contractual and commercial risks
• Accompany engagements with customers, business partners, and suppliers
• Formulate strategic action plans and address issues during project execution
• Collaborate with senior interfaces within the company
• Work with external lawyers in Israel and overseas, including on legal proceedings

Job requirements:

• LL.B – Mandatory
• Membership in the Israel Bar Association – Mandatory
• Experience of 7 years and above, 5 years at least as an internal lawyer of a global company – Mandatory
• Experience in negotiations and contract drafting
• English mother tongue level – Mandatory
• Willingness to work strenuous and flexible hours
