GenAi Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer to join our team and drive the development of innovative AI-powered solutions. As a GenAI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI models and applications.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust and scalable generative AI models using Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions  

Design and implement efficient data pipelines for training and serving large-scale generative models

Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate on model architectures

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI research and apply them to real-world problems

Requirements

4+ years of experience in backend development using Python

Experience as an AI Engineer or similar role (e.g., NLP Data Scientist, ML Engineer)

Strong understanding of deep learning concepts and architectures, including transformers, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models

Proficiency in Python programming language and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services

Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-have

Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques

Experience with MLOps and deploying AI models to production

Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools

PhD in Computer Science or a related field
