Customer Success Lead

We are looking for an experienced customer success lead to join our team and help us build out our customer success department. In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving continuous post-sales engagement and boosting upsells. Our Customer Success team is the customer's primary point of contact, and it is responsible for providing them with the best of class service and solutions.The ideal candidates will be able to drive strategy while rolling up their sleeves to execute it.

This position is located at our Nesher offices and is on-site.

What you'll do:

• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from the MoovingON’s solutions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy, focusing on customer expansion, retention, and satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor and scale the customer success team.
• Oversee the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to success.
• Be the main customer point of contact to build strong long-term relationship, manage and optimize client lifecycle at MoovingON.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations. 

What we look for:

• 3+ years previous experience in customer success rule in technology company.
• Technical background in cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
• Experienced in building hands-on customer success methodologies.
• Strong project management skills.

• Capable of aligning business goals with technical needs
